Flexible Session Structure
Not everyone wants or needs a session every week. For your convenience I offer weekly sessions, every other week, once a month and on an as needed basis. By appointment only via email contact with me.

Payments are made at the time of service. Sessions can be paid for individually or in a pre-paid package. Pre-Paid Packages are for video sessions only.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid paying the full cost of a missed session, please notify me via email at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
About Pre-Paid Package Deals
I have two sets of fees - in-person sessions and sessions via video. The pre-paid packages are for video sessions only and can range from 60 to 120 minutes.
You can get this if you like a longer session from time to time or you can use it as interim therapy while you look for a therapist who takes your insurance. This package, however, is not for cases of potential suicide, domestic violence or physical endangerment.
Six 60 min counseling sessions with me via video. These are highly effective, convenient & affordable. The only requirement is that the entire amount be purchased via credit card by the end of the first session.
