Avoid Breakups

Broken-hearted anger

Does breaking-up seem like the only option?   Even the best of relationships sometimes lurch toward a break-up so that's not always a sign that things should actually end. When relationships falter it is often due to hostile communication, damaged trust or lack of effort. That said, relationships are very resilient.

Learning to communicate without attacking, blaming or unnecessary drama allows you to get unstuck and solve your problems together.

I will be honest with you and help you reach the best decision for your circumstance. If there is a chance to work it out, I will help you find new tools to break the dynamics causing you to emotionally crash into each other.

The work

Saving a troubled relationship involves relating to each other in new ways and gaining a different understanding of what works with your partner.

In order to reanimate a damaged relationship you must both agree to a change and be willing to consider new possibilities about your own actions as well as the way you interpret your partners.

Usually one partner seem to be the obvious emotional culprit, but it is known that in 99% of cases it's a two way street. Each partner contributing to the distress. In obvious and subtle ways.

To repair and sparkle again as a Couple, both partners must come to the therapeutic process with a level of willingness and humility to look at one's own part in the dysfunctional tango.

With effort and clinical guidance it is often possible to turn things around and get your relationship back on a better track. I am here to help you with that.
